Join us to meet and network with other business women in a supportive and motivational environment. We invite you to share your ideas and discover inspirational ways to nurture your business.
Our meetings are informative, friendly and fun. You will meet women who contribute ideas, energy and support from a wide variety of business sectors.
We usually meet on the first Tuesday of every month between 6.00pm and 8.30pm for networking, topical speakers and a light dinner.
You’re welcome to visit and find out more about our group and how your business can benefit. See our events for more information.
Who We Are
Spring is a not-for-profit organisation run by a committee of dedicated volunteers. We connect entrepreneurial women who want to benefit from each other’s skills and experiences. Because we know strong relationships build business, we support the strengthening of business and personal relationships in a collaborative atmosphere.
From start-ups to established businesses, women at all stages of business are welcome. We encourage the exchange of skills and ideas from a vast variety of backgrounds and experience.
Our group covers South-East Wales, which includes Cardiff, Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, Newport and Torfaen, and we extend a warm welcome to women from all these areas and further afield. Our aim is to reflect the contribution that female entrepreneurs and professionals are making to business success in South Wales.

“The art of communication is the language of leadership.”
Nowhere in business is it more crucial to show excellent communication and leadership then when you are making a pitch, be it a personal pitch for a job or a sales pitch, a networking introduction or just pitch an idea to venture capital / angels (or even dragons…).
Get it wrong and you could walk away losing the “next big thing”, the job you have always wanted or enough work to see you into retirement!
In this overview we will look at:
- “Message Maps”
- Story Telling
- What is YOUR competitive advantage
- Demonstrating the product
- Your UNIQUE buying point
- Know when to walk away with dignity
